1. Acceptance
Kinwyse is a product operated by Subtle Consulting (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account or using Kinwyse, you agree to these Terms and related policies.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for the activity that occurs on your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and use the service lawfully.
3. Family Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the family information, photos, stories, and documents you submit. You should only upload content you are allowed to share and preserve.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use of the platform.
- No attempts to bypass access controls or interfere with service security.
- No unauthorized scraping or exposure of private family data.
5. Premium Services
Kinwyse may offer optional premium features. Availability, pricing, and feature scope may change as the product evolves. Access to premium features is granted only after valid confirmation of entitlement.
6. Service Availability
We aim for reliable operation, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, security controls, and technical incidents may temporarily affect access.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as the platform develops or legal requirements change. Continued use of Kinwyse after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
