Keep family history free for every family

Kinwyse is a free community research project, funded by voluntary donations. Every member gets every feature, whether or not they give.

What your donation keeps going

Keeping family records online, backed up and protected behind each family's own permissions.

Building the public heritage pages on South African clans, surnames and their variants.

Fixing problems, improving privacy and keeping Kinwyse safe to use for years to come.

How to give

You'll be taken to our donation provider to complete your gift securely.

Add your name after the reference so we can match your transfer and thank you.

Email us if you need a receipt, want to give on behalf of an organisation, or have any questions.

Donations are voluntary. They never unlock features, and access never depends on giving.
A donation gives no one access to any family's records, and Kinwyse never sells family data.
Donations are received by Subtle Consulting (Pty) Ltd, which operates Kinwyse.

Share Kinwyse with your family, invite relatives to your tree, or send us a correction for a clan or surname page.
